Custom Projects
McKenzie Cabinetry is excited to announce its first commission resulting from being featured at the Grovewood Gallery! These beautiful Cherry and Walnut pieces were created from Sean collaborating directly with the client to come up with original concepts. Sean improved and incorporated some of classic designs to create the pieces seen above.
New Project in Hartsville
This custom island is Mckenzie Cabinetry’s latest project. The first two pictures show a before and after of this exciting addition to the kitchen. It is crafted from Sapele wood including Sapele Pomele veneer and a Walnut top. Using dark hardware, Sean was able to tie in aspects of the kitchen cabinets to help the whole room flow and connect. This island also has 10 different storage spaces within it, perfect for a hustling and bustling kitchen and just in time for the holidays.

Crafted with three different types of wood and fitted with dovetail case work, this table is both a unique entranceway piece and a functional storage space. The top and legs are made of Spalted Hickory and the drawers are created from Curly Maple and encased in a beautiful, deep Walnut.

waterfall table
The newest addition to Sean Mckenzie originals! This waterfall table is a modern piece that is met with a rustic feel. The grains of Spalted Chestnut flow all the way up the table and cascade down the other side, giving it its name. Its oil finish also contributes to its sleek appearance.
